Ora International: 10 Worldwide Galleries from New York to Hong Kong Seek New Artists.

The award allows 10 artists (emerging or mid-career) to have a solo show and a steady collaboration with one of the 10 International galleries participating in the project. Open to all artists, without restriction of any age, nationality or technique.

Museum of Latin American Art

MOLAA invites female artists to submit digital work to be considered for a virtual display. This display will be projected as a Power Point presentation during MOLAA's Annual Women's Day Festival on March 10, 2013. The festival is free to the public, includes art workshops, tours, and performances.

Eligibility: All female artists who work in any fine art media are invited to submit digital images for exhibition. Acceptable media include: painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, installation, photography, collage, digital works, textiles and mixed media works. Video files do not qualify. Still images of performance or video works are acceptable. Works must have been completed within the last five years.

This exhibit invites artists to respond to the concept of timekeeping and how it is represented today. Special consideration will be given to those works that are functional timekeepers as well.

So how do you as an artist respond to the concept of timekeeping?

This exhibit will be located in the special exhibit gallery in the museum. The space is approximately 450 square feet. Twelve exhibit display cases (25" x 16") are available for works needed to be protected under glass.
Deadline for submission: Received by Friday August 30, 2013. No exceptions. There is no entry fee.

Levitt Pavilion MacArthur Park and Levitt Pavilion Pasadena are holding
their first ever Summer Concert Program Cover Design Art Contest.

There will be 2 winners - one for each Pavilion. The winning pieces of
artwork for each venue will be the face of their respective venue and 2013
Summer Concert Program and marketing campaign.

Deadline: February 14th, 2013 5pm (PST)

The 2013 Summer Concert Program Cover Design Contest is open to all amateur
and professional artists.

The winning submissions will be used as the cover design on our 100,000+
printed 2013 Summer Concert Programs. Concert Programs will be distributed
throughout the cities of Los Angeles and Pasadena, in the surrounding
