The history of Tallinn Print Triennials goes back to 1968 and has reached for today its 15th anniversary. The theme of the triennial is „FOR LOVE NOT MONEY'; the exhibition will take place from January – April 2011 in Kumu Art Museum in Tallinn, Estonia.
Call for mail art, deadline July 30
Sending: physic postal 10 x 15 cm., including email and address in reverse.
Without restrictions of means or supports. Catalog will be published and all
the received works will parade in the university student National Institute
of the Art, in August, 2010.

LONDON FILM FESTIVAL

The London Film Festival will present its annual weekend dedicated to
avant-garde and artists’ film & video on 22-24 October 2010.
If you would like your work to be considered for the programme, please
send preview copies as soon as possible or email details of works in
progress. There is no entry fee. Absolute deadline for submissions is
25 June 2010.
Works must have been made within the last two years and should receive
their UK theatrical premiere in the festival. Recent archival
restorations may also be considered.

Brighton Photo Fringe and Phoenix Brighton would like to invite submissions for OPEN 2010 - an open submission solo exhibition opportunity for an emerging to mid-career photographer or lens based artist. OPEN 2010 will be the keynote exhibition for the 2010 festival and will run alongside the Brighton Photo Biennial.

Eligibility: Competition is open to all artists living in Southern California. Entries must be recent work, created within the last three years.
Interested individuals from around the world are invited to participate in a Kazakh photo competition aimed at creating awareness about people with disabilities and opportunities to contribute to the development of society. Deadline: June 1.
The competition, "Equal Access and Equal Life," will select 40 photos for the exhibition which will take place in Almaty, Kazakhstan in June. Three winners will be awarded prizes, including cameras.
The selection committee includes film producer Timur Bekmambetov, photographers and representatives of NGOs. A short description of the photograph should be included in a submission.

Documentary filmmakers interested in human rights and social change around the world are encouraged to submit entries to an international documentary film festival in Budapest. Deadline for submission: August 31.
The 7th Verzio International Film Festival will run from November 2 to 7.
The festival is seeking high quality, creative documentaries dedicated to the ideals of open society, democracy, rule-of-law, tolerance, and political and cultural pluralism in a global context, according to organizers. Works should also seek to expose abuse and human rights' violations throughout the world.

FestArte VideoArt Festival is based on a theme - INVISIBLE VIOLENCE in private, public, social contexts -, comprises monetary prizes and an international jury composed of leading experts. The Awards ceremony will take place in Rome, on 15 September 2010, at the new cultural space La pelanda, managed by Museum MACRO. Award-winning videos and finalist videos will be displayed in a group exhibition (15-18 September, 2010) that will be also touring across some Italian museums.

Public Art Norway (KORO) are inviting artists to a pre-qualification stage relating to two commissions for indoor art projects for the Norwegian Government Building Complex - R6. The projects will be situated in one of Norway's most prominent political contexts. KORO are looking for art projects that respond actively and critically to this context. The building will house two government ministries and will be completed in 2012.
