Summary of Position The Board of Directors of the Craft and Folk Art Museum (CAFAM) is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to lead the organization during its next stage of growth. The Executive Director will report to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for leading the development of a strategic plan, sustaining CAFAM's vibrant artistic program, establishing an effective fundraising infrastructure, enhancing marketing efforts and earned income opportunities, directing and supporting staff, and helping to further develop the Board.
The City of Buena Park's Exhibiting Artist program provides local and international visual artists an opportunity to display artwork at the Buena Park City Hall for eight weeks. The program is intended to nurture working relationships & partnerships between local and international artists, presenters, arts organizations and the greater Buena Park community.
The City of Buena Park is currently looking for POP ARTISTS interested in a possible group exhibition for 2011.
Open to artists working in painting, design, photography, and mixed media. No installations or sculptures can be accepted. All artwork must be larger than 16"x20" for exhibition.
Attention Los Angeles County-based filmmakers: The Los Angeles County Arts Commission is currently accepting short film submissions by Los Angeles County-based aspiring and professional filmmakers to feature in the 51st Annual Los Angeles County Holiday Celebration telecast on Friday, December 24, 2010.

The Museum of Latin American Art is currently seeking a Museum Events Intern to assist the museum¡¦s Events department. MOLAA is the only museum in the western United States that exclusively features contemporary and modern Latin American art.
Job Description
Events intern will aid the Museum Events department with database entry, mass mailings, marketing museum events and clerical duties related to MOLAA¡¦s events. This candidate must have one year of relevant office-related experience with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
