5 full scholarships are being offered to train personnel serving students
full-time in Title I elementary schools. Eligible applicants are teachers,
mental health professionals, arts educators, music educators or others
working full-time with students in Title I elementary schools, as district
employees. Eligible schools may also qualify to receive subsidized drum
packages if school personnel attend the Beat the Odds Training.
