Teiger Foundation has launched its first-ever Call for Proposals, a new grantmaking initiative supporting innovative curatorial projects in contemporary art. The deadline is September 15, 2022. Successful applicants will receive individual grants of up to 150,000 USD and the opportunity to be involved in the Foundation’s Climate Action pilot program, which offers tailored support for curators to embed sustainable practices into their work. The Call will award up to a total of 3.5 million USD on an annual basis.
The Foundation is accepting proposals for the following four types of curator-led initiatives:

In 2021 Copenhagen Contemporary was awarded the biggest Scandinavian art prize, the Bikuben Foundation’s Vision Exhibition Award, for the winning project Yet, It Moves!—a visionary research project and public art exhibition in Copenhagen that investigate the interconnected movements across scales, from the micro—to the macrocosmos.

In Practice 2023 marks the twentieth anniversary of SculptureCenter's signature open call program for artists, and the first year of a new format for the program. Our new format will generate a yearlong series of solo institutional presentations and provide more substantial financial and production support to artists. The In Practice program will also now be integrated into SculptureCenter's programmatic activities throughout the calendar year.
