Freewaves is seeking two-minute artists-activists-storytellers' videos about places in Los Angeles (home, street, ‘hood) to show to I million riders per day on all 2,200 Metro buses in L.A. County in June and September-October, 2011. On Transit TV we will show animations, documentaries, narratives and experimental videos about, by and in Los Angeles.

Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery presents a Juried Competition, in which 2D artists from around the world are called upon to make online submissions for the theme “Animals” for inclusion into the March 2011 online group exhibition.
Light Space & Time encourages entries from all 2D artists regardless of where they reside and regardless of their experience or education in the art field to enter this art event.
JUPITER, FLORIDA – February 1, 2011/ -- Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery is pleased to announce that its February 2011 art exhibition is now posted and online on their website. The theme for the Light Space & Time art exhibition is “Seascapes”. The submission process for the artists began in the middle of December and ended on January 29, 2011. There were more than 500 entries that were judged. Congratulations to the following artists who have been designated as this month’s winners. Due to the high volume of entries 40 Special Recognition awards were also designated.
